Sean founded the firm in 2004, after several years consulting to Waterman Structures and Price and Myers.

He holds a Masters degree in Engineering and has 23 years experience in the industry.

Paul Biscoee

Senior Engineer

 
Paul joined the practice in 2009, after 20 years as a structural design engineer at Waterman Structures Limited, Paul has a further 20 years in the construction industry.

Paul holds a Masters in Structural Engineering from Imperial College and his depth of technical knowledge and experience has strengthened our ability to deliver a first class engineering product.

Graham Whyte

Project Manager

 
Graham has joined the practice after 6 years at Waterman Structures and 33 years at Bunyan Meyer prior to that. He has extensive experience in residential, commercial, hospitals, retained façades, leisure, hotels, commercial development and bridges.

Richard Foster

Senior Technician

 
Richard has 38 years of experience in the industry, with 17 years in the Bridges and Heavy Structures Division of Howard Humphreys and Partners and 11 years at Bunyan Meyer and Partners Consulting Civil and Structural Engineers.

Teodor

Engineer

 

Teodor graduated with an M.Sc. in engineering from the City University of London.

 

Teodor has worked on many varied projects ranging from the refurbishment of terraced housing to the design and construction of new mixed use multi storey reinforced concrete structures in central london.

 

Teodor is a valued member of staff and an excellent engineer.

Dominic Andrews

Trainee Engineer

 

Dominic joined PJCE in 2008 after working for Waterman Structures in London.  He is a valued member of staff and is studing part time for his B.Sc. in Engineering.
